Terms & Conditions

This agreement (referred to as the “Agreement”) is between our customers (referred to as “Customer” or “you”) and The Blossoms Shop s.a.r.l (referred to as “The Blossoms Shop”, “us”, or “we”), registered at the Ministry of Finance in Lebanon under the number 3221176. By placing an order at www.theblossomsshop.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Substitutions: As flowers are subject to daily and seasonal availability, we retain our right to substitute flowers that are not available with others of similar or greater value. In case of significant changes to your order, our customer service representative will get in touch with you directly, prior to the scheduled delivery, to inform you of the changes

Cancellations: Cancellations can be made at least two days prior to the delivery date, except on Mother’s Day and Valentines whereby cancellations should be made at least three days in advance. Upon cancellation, customers may choose between full refund or store credits. All transaction fees arising from canceling the transaction will be borne by the customer

Refunds: We are committed to providing our clients with the finest quality products and a timely delivery. In case you are not satisfied with your order, please retain the invoice along with a picture of the delivered products and contact us on +9613755332 to discuss your concerns in more details. In case you wish to make a refund claim, the following conditions must be met:

-        Claims must be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery

-        We require a clear picture of the delivered product emailed to us along with a description of your claim

-        Flowers and plants must be properly watered and taken care of. We cannot  assume any responsibility for products that have been mishandled post delivery

-        No refunds will be provided for orders that have not been delivered due to one of the following reasons: i) wrong address provided by the sender, ii) the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, iii) the recipient have declined to receive the delivery and iv) road blockages due to wars, political instability, and natural disasters

-        No refunds will be made in cases of cancellations within less than two days prior to the delivery date on normal business days, or three days prior to Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day

Amendments to the order: If you wish to make an amendment to your order, please get in touch with us directly on +9613755332 at least one day prior to the delivery date. In case we believe that the amendments are significant, we retain our right to revise the product price and the delivery date and time and we will inform you of such changes prior to proceeding with your order

Accuracy of Information: We are committed to maintaining the accuracy of information available on our website, including but not limit to i) product pricing, ii) product description, and iii) terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend the information available on our website without prior notice, with changes being effective as from the date of amending such information  

Privacy: Your personal information is of monumental importance to us and we treat it with utmost confidentiality. Once you place and order with us, you agree to provide us with your accurate, current and complete personal information, including billing information, email, address, and phone number. We guarantee you that your credit card data is 100% secure and encrypted with Secure Server Software protocol (SSL) and will not be stored on our servers. Your payment will go through the Bank Audi Payment Gateway for additional security. The Blossoms Shop does not sell, trade or provide your information to Third Parties without your prior approval

Suspension of Account: We reserve the right to suspend your account at any time should we reasonably doubt that you have breached this Agreement or suspect any fraudulent activity or for any other suspicious concern from our end

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Blossoms Shop, its affiliates, officers, directors and employees against any and all losses as incurred (including without limitation, all reasonable fees and disbursements of legal advisers  incurred in connection with the investigation of, preparation for and defence of any pending or threatened claim and any litigation or other proceeding arising therefrom) related to or arising out the use of www.theblossomsshop.com; provided, however, there shall be excluded from such indemnification any such Losses to the extent that they arise solely out of any action or failure to act by The Blossoms Shop that is found in a final judicial determination to constitute fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of The Blossoms Shop

Governing law: These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved under the rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Beirut Chamber of Commerce and Industry
